La Petite Congolaise joins Creative Cornucopia
British born and of Congolese descent, Laurence Kanza is the founder of La Petite Congolaise. Translated as ‘The little Congolese girl’, the label reflects a fresh modern face of the Congo.
Born from a love of fashion, interiors and African prints, La Petite Congolaise offers a contemporary twist on accent colours for the home. We are delighted that La Petite Congolaise will be joing the Creative Cornucopia team and an exclusive collection will be on sale Thursday 1st September at The Primo Bar, The Park Plaza Hotel Westminster London SE1 7UT from 6pm-9pm as part of our Ladies Night events.
Inspired by the exquisite detailing characteristic of Congolese design, Laurence’s debut collection “The Awakening”, combines a unique aesthetic as sensuous earth tones and eye-popping brights are captured on handmade limited edition cushions.
The premise of the line is simple - to create stylish pieces that reflect the personality of the owner.
