Bestow Elan Joins Creative Cornucopia -Ladies Night 1st Sept 2011
BESTOW ELAN, is an innovative women’s wear label – contemporary in style, inspired by cultural awareness.
Created for the discerning female, the talented designer behind this label Erzumah Ackerson draws her inspiration from both classic and vintage stimuli, as well as influences from her Ghanaian heritage - which in turn allows her to create garments that are often described as timeless, feminine and chic.
We are delighted to be working with Bestow Elan again and their capsule collection will be on sale Thursday 1st September at The Primo Bar, The Park Plaza Hotel Westminster from 6pm-9pm as part of our Ladies Night events.
BESTOW ELAN participated in the last KULTURE2COUTURE catwalk show at the V&A, showcased at LA GENEVE NORTH at the grand Movida, and received notable reviews and appreciation. More recently, the label showcased a capsule collection as part of Untold’s London Fashion Week event, whereby interviews and reviews - including Africa’s largest TV network Studio 53 confirmed ‘BESTOW ELAN’ is one to watch for 2010’ - as quoted by Clutch Magazine.
The style lead designer has recently taken the unique brand to another platform – BESTOW ELAN showcased its MUSE collection at the renowned Pure Trade Show, and continues to grow the label within new markets.
As for 2011, BESTOW ELAN‘s recent catwalk endeavors, proved the label can stand alone amongst its contemporaries… This March, BESTOW ELAN showcased The Silence Is Deafening collection at the coveted Arise Magazine Fashion Week in Lagos and has recently been selected take part in the Rise of the Afropolitan being held at the V&A Museum.
The future for this label is boundless!
